Instrument hire charges
Hire charges (per term) for individuals:
If you are a member of one of our music groups (even if you're an adult), or if you are paying the school (and not the tutor) for your tuition (LEA schools only), you are entitled to our lower hire rates and you don't have to pay a deposit.
The figures in bold italics apply to everyone else. We ask adults hiring at this higher rate, and out of county hirers, to pay a £50 refundable deposit when you collect your instrument.

GM has a large stock of quality percussion items for short or long term hire.
Individuals, schools and organisations can hire these items for a short term (up to 1 week) or long term (2 - 6 weeks).

Conditions of hire:
- Hire costs must be paid in advance along with a £50 deposit.
- Hirer is responsible for collection and return of all instruments from and to the Colwell Arts Centre.
- Hirer is responsible for all damage or loss and is advised to ensure insurance is in place for the full replacement value of each item.
- Hire costs do not include VAT.
- Please complete and sign hire form when collecting instruments.
