Please find a poster for the concert attached – please share this far and wide!

Signing in

All performers must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure. Choir will need to go straight to the Parish Hall when they arrive (on the left hand side of the main gate), everyone else will need to go straight to the Abbey.

Anyone under 16 will need to be signed out by an adult whenever they leave site – this includes after the concerts. When arriving, our performance licence states that children under 16 need a parent / carer to sign to say that they are ‘fit to perform’ that day so please ensure an adult comes in with your child to sign this box.

Free time

If students wish to leave site with a parent / carer, under 16s will need to be signed out by that parent / carer. Alternatively, any students over 11 will be allowed to leave site in groups of at least 3 providing they have been given permission to do so by a parent / carer – this permission will have been given when you signed up for your group on our portal. If members leave site in between rehearsals and concert, they will need to be back on site at least 15 minutes before their next rehearsal and 30 minutes before the concert starts.

For info, there is a small café on the Abbey grounds which is open 10-3 on Saturdays.

Safeguarding / first-aid

If you have any safeguarding concerns throughout the day, the designated safeguarding lead is Lisa Mayo and deputy is Rachel Waters – they will both be on site all day and are also the designated first aiders should you need any first aid assistance.

They will have 2 Gloucestershire Music phones on site – please use either of the following numbers to contact them if you need to get hold of them in an emergency:

07516 479752 - Lisa

07516 479661 - Rachel
