Foundation Orchestra
Your free Foundation Orchestra music sessions are here.....
Any child who has just started playing an instrument now has the perfect opportunity to hone their skills with GM’s expert tutors.
Gloucestershire Music is able to offer additional support through their Foundation Orchestras in Gloucester and Stroud – and they are FREE.
Nick Steel (Music Service School's Manager) said: "Joining one of our Foundation Orchestras is a great way to improve musicianship and hone young musician's skills. Playing in a group or small ensemble is an essential part of developing any young musician's ability."
Foundation Orchestra sessions last for 45 - 60 minutes and are designed to improve ensemble skills through rhythm games, singing and practical music making.
Foundation Orchestra can compliment lessons that your child may be receiving at school or at home and provides a gentle introduction to your local music centre.
If you have just started playing an instrument, then join us and become a Foundation Orchestra musician.
